Gut loving Nurture smoothie

Adding in fats, carbs and protein to each meal is key - even smoothies!

 

Some options for fats are:

avocado

raw milk

coconut cream/milk

full fat yogurt

 

Carbs:

seasonal fruit

frozen berries

 

Protein:

pastured egg yolk

collagen

full fat yogurt

raw milk

 

Nurtients:

Nurture blend

cacao powder

 

There is no 'specific' recipe, just use what you have on hand.

My go to at the moment is:

1/2 banana

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp Nurture

1/2 cup full fat yogurt

splash of raw milk 

1/2 orange

Add into blender and blend! Enjoy!
